Randomness

Hello everyone,

Well, I've posted the alternative ending to 'Commitment, Or Lack Thereof' last night. I hope people like it. I woke up at 11 am this morning, I stayed up late writing the alternative ending, and I really wanted to get up early too so I could watch a tennis match.

You see today was the Wimbledon Ladies Final and I really wanted to watch it becuase I've been watching Wimbledon religiously for several years now. I get so caught up in the drama and the excitement. I really want to go watch an actual match in London one of these days.

I hope I'll be able to wake up early to watch the Gentlemen's Final tomorrow since my favourite men's player, Andy Roddick, is playing. I really want him to win, but he's facing the world #1 Roger Federer who is a fantastic player. Today's game against Venus Williams and Lindsay Davenport was amazing and both ladies played extraordinarily. I only got to see the third set because I woke up late, but what I saw was just amazing.

Yeah, I have no idea why I yapped about tennis for so long, I don't think many of you care about my obsession with odd sports. Did you know I was once so obsessed with Cricket, the sport not the insect, for a while it was was the oddest thing because I've never in my life played Cricket, though I have many cousins and uncles who play it. It's rather peculiar.

Well I've got another assignment for my summer class that is due on Thursday, though I haven't begun it as of yet. There isn't going to be a physical lecture this week but there will be a pre-recorded one posted online. The bad thing is I still have to go in Thursday to hand in my assignment to my TA, so it doesn't make that much of difference for me. The class is going to end in three weeks I can't believe it went by so fast.

I did the Powerpoint presentation for the sequel to 'Socialites' and I sent it to a friend of mine. She called me crazy (LOL), I've went into detail on the characters and their family. I even found pictures of the characters and their significant others. I know it's rather ambitious, but I hope most of what is on the slides will answer any questions you all will have about the story and whose friends with whom. I think I'll post the Powerpoint presenation after I've posted a few chapters of the sequel to 'Socialites.' I have a working title, but I don' t know if I'm going to stick with it or change it. Again everything is up in the air. But the Powerpoint slides are for your benefit so that you don't get mixed up with the kid's names and whose going to inherit which title and such. I hope it works out or else I wasted my time for nothing.

I'm going to try to see if I can get the slides for 'Socialites' done soon so I can test out the reaction people have to it. I'm hopeful that it will be an easier way to post pictures and such this way than just putting it on my blog. Well I think I've rambled for a long time now. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hehe, I watched that whole match too with Andy Roddick and Federer, really wanted Andy to win! Sadly he didnt, but he's still young :) maybe he'll do better next time! For some reason I just like watching the mens tennis now. The days of Steffi Graf, who was my hero back in the old days, are gone so the womens tennis just doesnt interest me much anymore. Although I did want Daveport to win, not Venus!
