Hello Everyone,
I must apologize for lack of updates in any of my stories. I have been busy all summer with work and I got back to school and needed to get in the hang of it again. I have been writing and I'm happy to say that I got down to writing 'Grown Up' a few weeks ago and am almost ready to post, which is surprising for me since that chapter would just refuse to come out. I had a slight accident with the copy of the old chapter since it disappeared with my old computer so I had to work from scratch and I think that was a good thing since I was able to write it without the previous information still there.
Debutante is taking a while to get into, but I know that I haven't updated Grown Up in two years!!! Yikes I'm such a bad author. I have been doing some work to my powerpoint presentations that I had, I've gotten them all onto Adobe since not many people saw it the first time I put it up.
Hopefully I'll have something to update real soon.
Thank you all for staying in there and for all your support. You are the greatest readers around.

Update
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know that I'm back to writing my stories once again and I hope to have something out for both my fics real soon. After the computer crash, it took me a while to recover my notes and old saved disk and such. I've got a new computer, it took longer than I thought it would to buy one. I want to thank all of you for your patience and support.

Cleaning Day!!
Well, today I decided that I needed to clean my room and do laundry at the same time. Thus, I am so sore and cannot even fathom writing or researching anything about my two essays that are due in about a week or so. I just feel like sleeping the rest of the day away. Why did I decide today was the day to get things done, Oy vey!
I procrastinate on everything it's just become a habit. Most likely I will be up until the wee hours of the morning the day it's due finishing it off. I really shouldn't put things till the last minute, but it's just become a habit. I think most university students may agree with me on this.
I also have to write the next chapter of Debutante, which, thank god, I know what I'm doing in this chapter. I also need to get into Grown Up. The Harry Potter fanfic I'm writing is so much easier to write than any fic I've written since Life and Times of a Socialite. The stuff just comes to me as I'm writing, its really weird.
If anyone's noticed, but I've decided to add in a countdown till the next Harry Potter movie, my favourite book Order of the Pheonix. I cannot wait to see it. Too bad it's about nine months away. Well, enough of my ramblings.
See ya,

Sneak Peeks
Well, I haven't updated in a very long time, I've heard from many of my reviewers about that. I've been threatened, yelled at, and begged to update ASAP, but I still need to fix a lot things in all my fics. Therefore here is a little sneak peek at the fics that are in progress, hope you enjoy.
Rogan Exchange Fic:
Logan Huntzberger was pondering his life the week before winter break. He was in the Yale courtyard thinking of all the things that occurred to him in the past year or so. He couldn’t believe how things ended with Rory. She was his first ever girlfriend and he had gone and ruined it with his idiocy. When he had told his sister Honor that he and Rory had broken up he had felt like he had let a vital part of himself go.
Rory had meant so much to him in the little time they had been together, plus she had become a constant in his love life. He had been jealous of her ex-boyfriend John…Jack…Jake…or maybe it was Jethro…who knew?
Debutante:
Lorelai Gilmore the 1st aka Trix was awaiting her great-granddaughter for tea. She had come to Hartford after hearing murmurings from several of her acquaintances that Rory was going to be presented into society. Now, she had nothing against the tradition since she herself had come out many years ago in London; she, of course, had been presented to the Queen. None the less, the matriarch of the Gilmore clan was not going to miss such a vital part of the proud and joy of the household.
Trix was quite upset that she was not notified about such an important aspect of Rory’s life. She believed she was kept in the dark because of Emily. Trix knew that woman did not like her, but to blatantly discard family loyalty so she could have Rory and Lorelai in her clutches was just plain rude. In her day such behaviour would’ve never taken place, but at least she was taking action.
The Grown Up Socialites:
Lorelai Gilmore was pondering what outfit to wear that morning when she realized her house was silent. That wasn’t odd at this time in the morning since Luke had probably taken the kids to school at Exeter Academy. She couldn’t believe her little munchkins were so grown up. Where do the years go?
Yuck! Now she was talking like an old person and she’d vowed a long time ago never to do that. She tried not to think about the fact that her eldest child was not talking to her. She knew there were a lot of things about ‘The Jess situation’ Rory had no idea about. For example, Rory would blow her top should she find out about Lorelai’s hand in removing Jess from the vicinity the last time around.
What a mess things were turning into. She wanted this stalemate between she and Rory to end as soon as possible, but after the happenings at Luke’s party two days ago she knew that wasn’t likely.
Lorelai and her daughter were growing apart. Yes, they were always going to be best friends and have their movie nights, but Rory had become the woman that Lorelai was supposed to be. Emily and Rory had more in common nowadays than Lorelai and Rory. She didn’t want Rory to have that relationship with Emily.
Lorelai sighed and turned away from her mirror. She absolutely hated the way things were turning out with her and Rory. What was a mother to do than protect her children?
The knock at the door took her mind off of the state of things between her and her best friend. She ran down the stairs since the person on the other side seemed to want to knock the damn thing down.
“I’m coming, I’m coming hold your damn horses,” yelled Lorelai.
She opened the door and was about give the person on the other end a piece of her mind when she froze at the sight before her. “Oh my god…”
I know I'm cruel, but hope you like that little sneak peek in what's coming up next. Tell me what you think.

Just Checking In
Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't updated this blog nor my fics as often as many of you would prefer. I've been studying for several tests at school so I haven't been home often and thus not being able to update my fics. Hopefully during the winter break I'm going to be able to get in some long writing time. I hope I can finish writing a chapter of Grown Up Socialites without abandoning it and writing Debutante. Thank you all for your support of Deb, I was overwhelmed by all the reviews, but I appreciate that many of you like it.
I also need to start writing my Rogan Exchange Story that has been sitting around for a while now. The due date is creeping near and I need to get cracking. The way I'm going to be writing for the Rogan Exchange is going to be a first for me, *crosses fingers* I really hope I don't embarrass myself. *sigh*
Gotta go,

The Long Wait
Hello everyone,
I realize that I'm taking a long time updating my fic 'Grown Up Socialites' and the reason for that is I'm working on two other fics at the same time. There is this one fic that just won't get out of my head. I find myself working on that fic more often then not when I have time to write. I was inspired to write the fic after sitting on my couch daydreaming and 'bam' I was at the computer typing as fast as I could. I've gotten two chapters done, working on the third, and I think I'm going to finish writing all the chapters before I post and that might take a while.
It's such a pain when I gets inspired with an idea when I'm in the middle of writing something else. Oh well, there is no way I will give up on my stories. I just want you all to bear with me though. I will update, but it will probably take a while in between them.
Along other lines, it would be nice if you all can check out the Rogan Exchange: www.ladygilmore.bravehost.com. Thus far we've gotten a few story ideas, but we need more writers. So far, there is only Michealover101 and I that are going to write something. I hope you guys will check out the website and think about writing or just sending in story ideas.
Here are a list of my fics in progress:
'The Grown Up Socialites': Rogan
'Learning To Heal': Prequel to 'Holding Out Hope': Trory
'Debutante': Rogan

Checking In

Hi everybody,
I know I havn't written anything in a while, but with school and all my classes it's an adjustment. I just posted my latest chapter, which has been edited many times, hopefully I can get down to some serious writing of the next chapters soon.
My life has been hectic since I'm taking a full course load at university. It's my second year and I really want to do well. My schedule isn't too bad, but I've got tones of reading to do and it's only the third week of school. I've gotten into the hang of things so I will continue to concentrate some of my time to writing this story.
I also have many stories that I've started, but have not been able to write just sitting on my hard drive. I'm hoping that I can get a move on those as well. I might publish several of them during the Christmas break if I can get them done with since editing them will be easier than writing them out.
I loved the season premiere of Gilmore Girls. It actually lived up to my expectations and I can't wait to see the other eppies. I've been reading all the spoilers I can get my hands on and thus far this new season is looking pretty damn good. I'll also try to update this blog with my progress on the story and the goings-on in my life. I have a rather dull life, but maybe it'll be interesting from now on, LOL.
Hmm...what else can I tell you? OH, I missed the Emmy's entirely. I thought about watching it since Ellen hosted it, but I was just sitting in front of the computer and didn't realize what the day was until 11:30 pm. I guess I subconsciously didn't watch the Emmy's because they didn't nominate Gilmore girls for a single category. I was unconsciously protesting. I didn't know one could do that. I'll stop speaking in nonsense now.
I can't wait for the 'Goblet of Fire' to come into theatres. I've been waiting for this movie since I read the books. I'll be taking my brother since he was the one who got me hooked to Harry Potter in the first place. I've also been re-reading the books, don't ask me why. I'm sure there is a method to my madness.
Alright, I've rambled on forever. For the most part I just wanted to let everyone know that I've updated 'Grown Up Socialites.' Hope to hear from you all soon.

Fanfiction Info

Hi everyone,
I've found out that several of you don't have Powerpoint so therefore I need to do something about the information that I provided in the presentation. It is important that you read it so you understand who everybody is and how many kids they have. If you don't want to be out and out confused at times I would recommend that you read the synopsis.
I've uploaded the information that was provided in the Powerpoint presentation on a seperate blog. If you click here: The Grown Up Socialites you can read the info.
I hope this will help the people who do not have Powerpoint since many of you have told me the info in the presentation was useful. Well, I'm going to post the next chapter in a half an hour so I hope putting up the synopsis helps. Hope to hear from you soon.

The Story Is Up

Hello everyone,
Yes, I've finally posted 'Grown Up Socialites' I just hope it doesn't suck. It'll probably be up at ff.net soon and you all can tell me what you think. I've also added a Powerpoint Presentation so nobody gets confused with the character's and their children. It can be found on the sidebar under the links. I mentioned in my authors note that I don't think I'll be updating everyday for this one. I think it'll be more like three times a week, so I can have a chance to write ahead. I've got chapters 1-12 planned out and I've written up to and including chapter 3 so I've still got a way to go. That's all for now and hope to hear from you soon.

Hello everyone,
Well, I'm writing away so I can get the sequel to socialites uploaded and onto fanfiction.net by Monday. I hope I can get three chapters written this weekend. The first chapter is ready to go, but I want to have the chapters written ahead of time. I just hope the fic is good.
I finally finshed my final exam yesterday and I'm done summer school, so I get a month to do nothing until I have to worry about anything else, school wise. I just hope I did well since the subject I took is what I'm majoring in.
I was so mad yesterday when I didn't get a chance to watch Veronica Mars since my brother wanted to go fishing at the local park, which has a pond. I was yelling at him the whole time, but the little shrimp just told me that I could afford to miss my show (can you believe that). So can someone tell me what the name of the episode is when Veronica goes undercover at a cult and finds missing kids because then I can download it.
I also read the entire Harry Potter series, including the new book, in a matter of a week. I didn't do anything but read, it's quite sad isn't it? I know. My friend from class told me so when I mentioned this to her. I am now addicted to anything Harry Potter and cannot wait until the movie comes out. I had first seen all three movies before I read the books and I couldn't believe how much they had left out of the movie, especially for the third book. I can't wait until the next book comes out, which I heard will be in two years. I don't know how I'll wait that long. *SIGH* (LOL)
Oh, I forgot I've got a name for the sequel. It's called: Grown Up Socialites. I couldn't think of anything else and I hope it doesn't suck too much. I also have the powerpoint presentation for the sequel ready to go so that'll probably be up after the first chapter is uploaded. I was wondering if anyone checked out the PP presentation for 'Socialites' since it has been up for a while and no one's told me their opinion, well I hope people will tell me what they think.
Well, that's it for now, but I will be uploading the sequel on Monday for sure. Hope to hear from you soon.

Responding to Comments/ Rambling
Hello again,
I'm just responding some comments I recieved on my last post:

Yuo've got school on Sunday? That's apalling. U should smack the person who suggests school on a Sunday. It's like a day of rest and not doing anything! I pity you. I hope this helps, I've read all ur stories and I like every one of em. The GG hiatus is killing me and fanfics (esp urs) are what holding me up. So write away!
Yeah, I've got an exam on Sunday and I need to study for it. I can't really smack my professor because he'll probably call the cops (lol). I know Sunday is supposed to be a day to do nothing and be a bum, though that's what I do everyday (LOL). Thank you for being a constant support in anything I write because it means a lot to me that ppl are liking my fics. You also leave comments on my blog and at ff.net and I love that. I love when reviewers send me feedback or just want to talk about a fic, it means a lot. I also hate the GG hiatus and write/read fanfics to wait for the next season. So thanks for your constant support and I will be updating 'Committement, Or Lack Thereof' sometime today, I have no idea when becuase I still have to edit it. Hope to hear from you soon. Bye Mairay ;)

hey. i just want to say that i absolutely adored the life and times of a socolite (sp?). i had to wake up every morning at 5:30 for school and it made my day to see it updated. i know that youve already started to work on the sequel, but i must say that maybe for the third part or just a one shot, it would be cool to see everyones kids like chilton age and how they react around one another.
I hate early mornings as well and I'm so happy that my fic made yours more bearable. Yes, I have started on a sequel but it's not that far in the distant future. Here is the official summary : Sequel to ‘Life and Times of a Socialite’ it takes place six years after the first story ends. Rory and Logan have children, they’re friends and family surround them, and they still have a jam-packed social calendar. How do socialites deal with being married, having kids and still attend the social gatherings of the year? But I do like the idea about seeing the kids all grown up. Maybe I might do a third installment of the 'Socialite' series. Thank you for the suggestion though. Hope that answered your question. Bye Sara ;)

i cant wait to read the sequal to the life and times of a socialite
Well the sequel won't be out for a while yet since I am being quite ambitious by writing the sequel to 'Socialite' and a prequel to my Trory fic at the same time. Yeah, I'm kinda in over my head, but hopefully I will be able to get things done. Thank you for leaving a comment. Bye Anonymous ;)
So, the next chapter of 'Commitement' will be out later on today. It took me forever to sit down and write it since it is so hot in my study. The weather had been weird in the city I live in. That's all I've got to say for now, so hopefully I'll hear from you guys soon.
